Quinoa Biryani preparation method
Wash and Soak 2cups quinoa in a bowl
Make chicken masala gravy separately by sauteing
2 onions,
1tsp cumin seeds,
3 chopped or blended tomatoes
salt,
turmeric
red chili powder
dhanya powder
garam masala and
zeera powder
2tbsp dahi
chopped cilantro
mint leaves
Bhunify everything together
Add chicken pieces and cook for 20 mins..till water dries up.
(Quantity of masalas is 2 tsp each )

Add quinoa in the gravy and steam it for 15 mins
