I have an Intense Abs workout for Advanced also.. This will be the one that I work on today :D Have fun and of course drink lots of water, keep hydrated and let's go do this..

  • 100 High knees
  • 100 Jumping jacks
  • 100 Jump squats
  • 60 Bicycle crunches ( both sides )
  • 3 - 4 minute Plank
  • Rest 2 minutes
  • 75 Leg lifts
  • 75 Scissor kicks ( both legs both sides )
  • 100 Mountain climbers ( 50 each side )
  • 75 Butterfly kicks ( both sides )
  • 4 - 5 minute Plank
  • 100 High knees ( 50 each leg )
  • 100 Jump squats ( 50 each side )
  • 75 Leg lifts
  • 70 Standing oblique crunches with weights ( weight your choice )
  • 60 Toe touches
  • 100 Mountain climbers
  • 4 - 5 minute Plank
