- 100 High knees
- 100 Jumping jacks
- 100 Jump squats
- 60 Bicycle crunches ( both sides )
- 3 - 4 minute Plank
- Rest 2 minutes
- 75 Leg lifts
- 75 Scissor kicks ( both legs both sides )
- 100 Mountain climbers ( 50 each side )
- 75 Butterfly kicks ( both sides )
- 4 - 5 minute Plank
- 100 High knees ( 50 each leg )
- 100 Jump squats ( 50 each side )
- 75 Leg lifts
- 70 Standing oblique crunches with weights ( weight your choice )
- 60 Toe touches
- 100 Mountain climbers
- 4 - 5 minute Plank
