  • 25 Hip bridges
  • 20 Leg extensions
  • 20 Dead lifts
  • 25 Side lunges
  • 50 High knees
  • 50 Jump squats
  • 50 Jumping jacks
  • 50 Butt kicks
  • 25 Bicep curls ( both arms )
  • 20 Half push ups
  • 20 Russian twists
  • 20 Standing side crunches ( both sides )
