- 25 Donkey kicks
- 25 Hip bridges
- 20 Leg extensions
- 20 Dead lifts
- 25 Side lunges
- 50 High knees
- 50 Jump squats
- 50 Jumping jacks
- 50 Butt kicks
- 25 Bicep curls ( both arms )
- 20 Half push ups
- 20 Russian twists
- 20 Standing side crunches ( both sides )
