• sliced medium banana
• 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
• 2/3 cup yogurt
• handful baby spinach
• 2 tablespoon oats
• 1 tablespoon almond butter
• 1/2 to 1 cup water or coconut water
• (optional) powder of your choice and chia seeds or chia pudding
Blend with ice and voila 💁🏻💁🏻💚
