Good morning, do you smell that? A pumpkin spice latte brewing in the midst, along with someone cuddling up under warm covers to read an old-time classic and a rustle in the trees outside as the orange leaves pile up on the ground…

"And all at once,
Summer collapsed
into Fall."

Its October, a chance to wipe your slate clean. Fall is the season to let go of anything you may have been holding onto in the past. There is no reason to hold on to what no longer serves you, the only reason to move on from it. Letting go of bad habits, toxic relationships, and people is only as hard as you allow it to be.

The trees are about to show us how lovely it is to let dead things go.

It's time to reinvent your goals during this transformative time. Embrace the season and make room for what's new and what the universe wills to bring into your life. Here's how:

If you want the secrets of the Universe,
Think in terms of Energy, Frequency, and Vibration.

1. Get Rid of All Subconscious Limiting Beliefs

Write down every single one of those limiting beliefs you have about money, love, people, relationships, your potential, what's reachable to you in life and what isn't, you worth and anything else like your parents, mentors or teachers beliefs that may also be limiting you and burn them. Do this with the intention that it is all now moved onto one place, which is the paper you write them on and that once you burn them, they are all now gone forever. Don't forget to be detailed!

2. Self-sabotaging Reflection

How have you been self-sabotaging yourself? Through procrastinating? How has that affected you and lead to other consequences? Like failing assignments, missing deadlines? Look at how these habits have hurt you and write down the ways in which sabotage yourself. Whether it be taking breaks too often, sleeping instead of working. Remember:

Self-love means self-discipline. Loving yourself means saying, no that's not good for you.

3. Write down and get familiar with new Beliefs and Habits

Now that we're done with the old, let's write down our new habits and beliefs of the new. This can be, 'money flows to me in abundance,' 'I am strong enough to workout 2 hours a day,' or 'my soulmate already exists'. Doing this puts you in a place of recognition that helps you clarify your intentions even more. Write down your goals and thinking of who you need to be to achieve them and the new habits that you will now have to acquire to change them will set you on a specific path of where you need to go subconsciously.

4. Get Clear With Your Intentions

Know what your 'Why's' in your journey are and the reason you're doing this. Setting intentions for the month/year/day like, 'I will dress up today even though I'm home,' is a great way to get one step closer to your goals. Get more clear with day to day intentions and use mantras to help you get by like, 'I'm tired of saying "tomorrow," or 'Being calm is my superpower,' or 'letting go means I've won.'

Temporarily removed

You don't have to do this all at once. Just set a day out in your week or at any time before the new year to prep yourself for a new beginning. Just like the earth is letting go, let's do the same since we are one with nature.

The trees are about to show us how lovely it is to let dead things go.
