I have another Boot Camp workout for you to try out. This one has 4 phases.. Where this one has four phases I'll be easy on you.. Here it is...

PHASE 1 :

  • 20 Pile squats
  • 20 Walking lunges ( both sides )
  • 35 Jumping jacks
  • 30 second Wall sit

Repeat the above phase ( 1 ) 2 times

PHASE 2 :

  • 50 Jump squats
  • 50 High knees
  • 30 Mountain climbers
  • 30 second run in place

Repeat the above phase ( 2 ) 2 times

PHASE 3 :

  • 25 Star jumps
  • 25 Goblet squats
  • 20 Skaters
  • 45 Single leg bridges

Repeat the above phase ( 3 ) 2 times

PHASE 4 :

  • 30 Skaters
  • 25 Lunges ( both sides )
  • 25 Squat pulse
  • 40 Jump squats
  • 40 High knees

Repeat the above phase ( 4 ) 2 times

FINISHED !
