I have another Boot Camp workout for you to try out. This one has 4 phases.. Where this one has four phases I'll be easy on you.. Here it is...
PHASE 1 :
- 20 Pile squats
- 20 Walking lunges ( both sides )
- 35 Jumping jacks
- 30 second Wall sit
Repeat the above phase ( 1 ) 2 times
PHASE 2 :
- 50 Jump squats
- 50 High knees
- 30 Mountain climbers
- 30 second run in place
Repeat the above phase ( 2 ) 2 times
PHASE 3 :
- 25 Star jumps
- 25 Goblet squats
- 20 Skaters
- 45 Single leg bridges
Repeat the above phase ( 3 ) 2 times
PHASE 4 :
- 30 Skaters
- 25 Lunges ( both sides )
- 25 Squat pulse
- 40 Jump squats
- 40 High knees
Repeat the above phase ( 4 ) 2 times
FINISHED !
