I have a New workout here for to you. It's a Boot Camp Workout, and how this is done is by 2 Phases.. One is repeated any where between 3 - 6 times and the second phase is usually 3 - 5 times.. This one PHASE 1 : has you going through it 4 times until that phase is completed.. Then you can take a 5 - 10 minute break then get to the next phase. When you've completed these two phases you should be feeling terrific , sweaty and maybe even tired.. Take a long bubble bath and get some sleep after .. Here's the workout...

PHASE 1 :

  • 60 Bicycle crunches
  • 5 Push ups
  • 20 Tricep dips
  • Run or walk a quarter mile

Repeat the above circuit 4 times before moving onto phase 2

PHASE 2 :

  • 50 Jump squats
  • 1 minute Plank
  • 50 High knees
  • 50 Mountain climbers
  • 45 Jumping jacks

Repeat the above circuit ( 2 ) 3 times

COMPLETED !
