  • 30 High knees
  • 10 - 15 Push ups
  • 30 Squats
  • 30 Crunches
  • 35 Butt kicks
  • 20 Goblet squats
  • 20 - 30 Skaters

ADVANCED :

2 Rounds

  • 50 Jumping jacks
  • 60 High knees
  • 30 Push ups
  • 45 Squats
  • 45 Crunches
  • 60 Butt kicks
  • 40 Goblet squats
  • 40 - 50 Skaters
