Today I have another 10 Week Home Workout for you. * Beginners can always alter the reps in every single workout to fit their needs. I hope you enjoy, always have fun with everything you do and also drink plenty of water.. This is Saturdays workout .. Sunday is a REST DAY !

Saturday :

  • 80 Jumping squats
  • 35 Sit ups
  • 15 Push ups
  • 80 High knees
  • 30 Lunges ( both sides )
  • 50 Squats
  • 80 Jumping jacks
  • 30 second Plank
  • 45 Crunches
  • 40 second Wall sit
  • 60 Butt kicks
