- 60 Jumping squats
- 30 Sit ups
- 10 Push ups
- 60 High knees
- 20 Lunges
- 35 Squats
- 60 Jumping jacks
- 30 second plank
- 35 Crunches
- 35 second Wall sit
- 45 Butt kicks
