Ingredients for Methi Chicken
500gms chicken(bone-in or boneless)
1 cup hung curd(means hang the yogurt in a cloth to drain out its water)
1/2 cup heavy cream
juice of 1 big lemon
5-6 green chilies (make it a paste)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp Kasuri methi
1/3 cup oil
coriander to garnish

Methi Chicken preparation method
Marinate chicken for half hour with hung curd, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and green chilis. Heat oil, add the chicken mix nicely and cover to cook until chicken tender. lastly, add cream and methi and cook for another 2-3 mins. add coriander and serve.
