Ingredients for Aloo Gobi,
Cabbage 1cup (cut roughly)
Potatoes. 2medium cubes
Oil. Half cup
Green chilies. 6 (split half)
Button red chilies. 4
Garlic Crush. 1tbsp
Turmeric powder. 1tsp
Salt. 1,1/2tsp
Rai Dana. 1tsp
Cumin seeds. 1/2tsp
Black pepper crush. 1/4tsp
Onion optional. 1 (small)slices
Lemon juice. 1tbsp

Aloo Gobi preparation method
Heat oil in a wok, add garlic crush,onions slices then sautée for 2 minutes then add zeera, rai Dana, button red chillies, green chillies sautée for another 2mintues,then add turmeric powder, salt and potatoes cubes and add half cup water, cook until potatoes became soft then add cabbage and black pepper,saute until all water evaporated and oil separated now add lemon juice. Add more chilies if needed or salt. Then serves with plain rice or roti. U can make only potatoes sabzi, or bhindi, turai, lauki any kind of sabzi from this recipe.
