  • 30 second Plank
  • 10 Burpees
  • 10 Jump squats
  • 35 High knees
  • 10 Burpees
  • 15 Sit ups
  • 20 Step back lunges ( both sides )
  • 15 Jump squats
  • 25 Mountain climbers
