I have another workout for my Victoria Secret models to accomplish tonight or tomorrow. It's a short workout, but it gives you a little bit of everything. Sweat a lot and drink lots of water. So here it is and Good Luck models :D

Legs / Butt :

  • 40 Lunges ( both sides )
  • 25 Bridges
  • 20 Side lying hip abductors ( both sides )
  • 25 Single legged bridges ( both sides )

Arms / Back :

  • 10 Tricep dips
  • 30 second Arm circles
  • 10 Push ups
  • 12 Seated rows ( with light dumbbells )

Abs :

  • 20 Russian twists
  • 25 Flutter kicks
  • 15 Swiss ball crunches
  • 20 Leg circles
  • 30 second Plank

Cardio :

  • 60 Jumping jacks
  • 60 second Bicycle crunches
  • 5 Burpees
  • 50 Butt kicks
  • 10 Jump squats
