It's still raining outside and very cold, so it gave me some inspiration to create a few more workouts for the next three days or so. I'll be doing these workouts with you. Make sure to have fun and drink plenty of water. * If you are a beginner you can always alter the amount of reps to what you can do. Here's Wednesday's workout

Wednesday :

  • 45 Jump squats
  • 20 Sit ups
  • 10 Push ups
  • 40 High knees
  • 15 Lunges ( both sides )
  • 30 Squats
  • 50 Jumping jacks
  • 20 second plank
  • 30 Crunches
  • 30 second Wall sit
  • 35 Butt kicks
