I am planning to start a small series focusing on health and how I am personally getting my life back together. It`s going to be an interesting journey and I thought as I am learning new things I should share them with you. I am going to go through topics like exercising, sleep, diets, social relationships and also a bit mental health. You can also suggest any topic you are interested in. I will start this tomorrow and will be posting an article every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday!




In these article I will be giving many examples and also share how my own journey is going. I am not by all means a professional in these topics but I am very interested in learning new things. I hope you will get as excited as I am and maybe follow me to stay tuned! ^^
