Hey guys ! How's everyone on this rainy Tuesday morning? I'm doing great ! I love the rain :D Did anyone have the chance to try out Mondays 10 week home workout? If you did let me know how you liked it. I really enjoy creating workouts for you guys as well as for myself. Ok here's today's workout for all of us. Make sure to have fun and drink lots of water.

Tuesday :

  • 30 Jump squats
  • 15 Sit ups
  • 8 Push ups
  • 30 High knees
  • 10 Lunges ( both sides )
  • 25 Squats
  • 40 Jumping jacks
  • 20 second Plank
  • 25 Crunches
  • 25 second Wall sit
  • 20 Butt kicks
