Gajar ka Halwa Ingredient
Gajar one kg
Ghee four Tb.sp
Sugar one cup
Dry milk (every day) one cup full
Elaichi four
Khoya one cup full

Gajar ka Halwa Method
Peel, wash and cut carrots for halwa.
In a pan take gajar , ghee, elaichi, and sugar and cook on slow flame. Do not cover the lid.
Cook till ghee comes out with good aroma. Bhonofy now
Add dry milk and Bhonofy . off the flame
Add khoya n garnish with pista and Badaam.

For good color of your halwa don't cover either cooking nor after it has cooked until all heat comes out. Or else halwa color turned darker
The more khoya you will add it will enhance your halwa
