Hi hearters !

So... Why didn't I post an article last week ? Quite frankly, I was sick. I had caught a cold, which meant that I couldn't make a strong effort (because the rythme of my heart was weird, thanks antibiotics). I couldn't breath with my nose and my throat hurt so much.

Did I exercise while I was sick ?

Yes, a little bit. Walking, choosing the stairs (always !) and yoga. But no swimming pool, and no workout routine.

What about now ?

I have recovered for a week, and now I'm starting my exercises again. I take it back slowly. I add a new exercise on every session.

For example, today I did :

  • 6 minutes of exercise bike
  • 70 abs
  • 4 X 15 seconds of "prayers"
  • 40 squats
  • 20 push-ups on my knees
  • Exercises with an elastic band (2 X 15 for the chest, 2 X 15 for the back)
  • 2 X 5 torso rotation
  • 30 bridge exercises
  • Yoga stretching

I missed exercising a lot ! More than I expected, which is a little scary...

What's next ?

I'm going to keep on exercising and slowly adding exercises. I'll tell you what next time...
