Ok here it is .. this is a cardio workout and you'll sweat like crazy. * Beginners can do 20 of everything * So drink plenty of water. Have fun.

  • 50 High knees
  • 50 Jump squats
  • 50 Jumping jacks
  • 50 Mountain climbers
  • 50 Second wall sit
  • 50 Crunches
  • 50 High knees
  • 50 Skaters
  • 50 second plank
  • 50 push ups

Repeat 2 more times :D
