Hey guys ! How's everyone doing on this Monday morning? I'm doing good. Going to share a few workouts with you before I need to get start studying. The more the weeks go by, the harder and longer the workout will become. Have fun and drink plenty of water. Here's the workout

Monday :

  • 20 Jumping jacks
  • 10 Sit ups
  • 5 Push ups
  • 20 High knees
  • 10 Lunges ( both sides )
  • 20 Squats ( your choice of squat )
  • 35 Jump Squats
  • 25 Crunches
  • 20 Second wall sit
  • 10 Butt kicks
