Hey guys ! How's everyone doing on this Monday morning? I'm doing good. Going to share a few workouts with you before I need to get start studying. The more the weeks go by, the harder and longer the workout will become. Have fun and drink plenty of water. Here's the workout
Monday :
- 20 Jumping jacks
- 10 Sit ups
- 5 Push ups
- 20 High knees
- 10 Lunges ( both sides )
- 20 Squats ( your choice of squat )
- 35 Jump Squats
- 25 Crunches
- 20 Second wall sit
- 10 Butt kicks
