Have you ever wondered how dancers have such gorgeous looking legs? I have a workout here that if you're stay consistent with this you'll achieve the same looking legs as those dancers that you envy. Here's the workout...

--- Warm Up ---

  • 25 Jumping jacks
  • 30 second High knees ( fast )
  • 25 Jumping jacks

--- Workout ---

  • 15 Squats
  • 15 Side lunges ( both legs )
  • 5 Calf raises
  • 20 Walking lunges ( both legs )
  • 10 One-legged calf raises ( both legs )
  • 20 Squats
  • 25 Inner leg lifts ( both legs )
  • 20 Side lunges ( both legs )
  • 20 Jumping jacks
  • 30 High knees
  • 10 Jump squats

--- Cool Down ---

  • 1 minute standing hamstring stretch
  • 1 minute calf stretch
  • 3 minutes pike stretch
