- 25 Jumping jacks
- 30 second High knees ( fast )
- 25 Jumping jacks

- 15 Squats
- 15 Side lunges ( both legs )
- 5 Calf raises
- 20 Walking lunges ( both legs )
- 10 One-legged calf raises ( both legs )
- 20 Squats
- 25 Inner leg lifts ( both legs )
- 20 Side lunges ( both legs )
- 20 Jumping jacks
- 30 High knees
- 10 Jump squats

- 1 minute standing hamstring stretch
- 1 minute calf stretch
- 3 minutes pike stretch
