Hey guys ! How's everyone doing?
I have a different kind of workout for you to try. It's a Ballet Inspired workout. I have studied fitness since I was 12 years old. I wanted to know all there was about the fitness world outside of what my parents taught me, and ballet for right about 7 years now. I'm almost 21. I was brought up in a very fit family. We always worked out, so I really know mt ins and outs of the fitness world.

- 30 Pile squats
- 30 Donkey kicks ( both sides )
- 30 Bridges
- 20 Pulsing bridges
- 25 Fire hydrants ( both sides )
- 30 Pulsing pile squats
- 20 Back lunges with a front kick
