Why are we always looking ahead?

Your future career, life after school, your dinner, what you are going to wear tomorrow, how excited you are for the next thing...

It doesn't stop.

We keep looking ahead when we are missing the now.

We are missing beautiful moments, new memories and love with the people and environment around us.

We need to learn to stop and to breathe.

And to just take it all in.

And then over time, with practice, it will float away.

Wake up peacefully. Take a moment to enjoy the sunrise. Taste all of your coffee. Enjoy the fresh smell of the outdoors. Listen to the sounds around you whatever they are and just enjoy the now.
