There's 6 rounds of everything that you see.. But beginners can start with either 1 or 2 rounds.. Intermediate 3 - 4 rounds.. Advanced and Professional 5 - 6 rounds.. * Always make sure you drink plenty of water while working out * ok here it is

30 Crunches

40 Heel touches

25 Reverse crunches

1 minute Plank

20 Oblique crunches ( both sides )

30 Leg lifts

45 Russian twists

65 High knees

1 minute Plank
