Make your dreams into reality

I know, it is not Sunday yet but it is coming soon and I have a very long list of things I need to do. But where do I get the motivation to actually do them and not end up listening to music all day long or just staying in bed all the time?

Well if you are asking yourself these questions you are at the exact right place. And with that all said, welcome to my article. This is my ideal routine to do everything I want to do but nobody is perfect and I do switch up this routine to make it perfect for all my things and needs. So, let´s get started with this routine…

Good morning

I try to wake up as early as possible. But my ideal time to wake up is around 8 am. When I wake up I will maybe stay in bed for some minutes, write something in my journal and start the day with a fresh and positive mindset ♡

After getting ready (aka get dressed into something comfy and wash myself) I will head to breakfast. A good and healthy breakfast is very important for you to get all fresh and have all your vitamins and good stuff. I love eating porridge with some fruits in the morning; it is filling and will keep my energy up while studying.

What to do

Now it is time to write my To-Do List. There are several ways to do this but I just write all things down so I can tick them if I finished them. What I also do is put some small things and things like “relax in the evening” or “read a chapter” on there so it isn´t just boring things you look at in your list.

Work time

My parents always told me that it is best if you do your important work in the morning, because your mind is clear and fresh. That is what I do; first of all I start with studying things. But remember to take short breaks where you stand up from your desk and drink a glass of water because you got to stay hydrated.

Food

A big break is my lunch, and recently I love to eat vegetables with rice or a soup with a big glass of water. Because, you all need vitamins for thinking and working. Later, when I feel hungry in the afternoon, I just grab some nuts and raisins or plain fruit. And especially in autumn a cup of tea is a big big must.

Again the work

Always start with something easy at first, so you don´t get frustrated from the beginning. After that, try something more difficult and then something easy again. It can be helpful to write some notes with important things, so you can take them anywhere with you or just put them somewhere you can see them often. That way you will learn things in no time.

Relaxing time

Treat yourself! After a long day filled with studying it is important to take some time for yourself and relax. Grab a book, make yourself comfy, watch your favorite series or try out a facemask. Whatever you do, make sure it makes you feel good. Because you deserve it! But remember to go to bed early enough to not feel completely exhausted on the next day:)
