2 CREATE A FOOD PROGRAM

You can create a food program and so you'll have complete and proper nutrition.Search the internet or go to a nutritionist for a simple diet plan only to be fit.Put in your program and sweets because we need sweets.But everything in good measure.

3 WORKOUT

Start a simple workout with stretching, run...or start go to a gym 2-3 times in the week.Of course a good idea is every morning go for a jogging with friends, ride your bike, or just walk.You can search in internet for more...Try something easy and not tiring only to be in your form.But only when you feel good and have free time do it, you must enjoy it.
