Today I have another cardio workout for you all to try. It's a circuit workout which means NO breaks ( unless needing a breather, or a drink of water ). Get through this as fast as you can. Try to get the 10 minutes and no more.. Competition with yourselves is great :D Have fun. Here it is

20 Sumo squats

1 minute wall sit

20 push ups

30 second plank

30 high knees

30 jump squats

25 tricep dips

25 jumping jacks
