Day 2
Helloooooo!
Morning
I got up to feel good. I had breakfast and went to school after then I went shopping. I felt the little bit bad because all I wear to try didn't well stand on me.

I came home and I repeated it to myself 'I can do it'. I won't give up!!!

Lunch
But away, I felt tired about sugar-free until night. I drank water per 50 min. for not the eat junk food or something. I didn't eat any carb like pasta, bread...

Dinner
I started to do a healthy snack. And I used just 3 material (Banana, oatmeal, and cacao -You can put some honey-)
