50 Jumping jacks
50 Mountain climbers
50 High knees
45 second Wall sit
40 Donkey kicks
40 Jump lunges
40 Skaters
40 Jump squats
1 Minute plank
1 time for beginners ( and beginners can take a do half. Like High knees are 50 reps, you can do 25 reps )
2 times for Intermediates
3 times for Advanced and Professionals
