It was a place I’d go when the world decided it was cool to lay its problems on my shoulder.

A place where flowers bloomed as I touched the surface.
The sun shone brighter.
The rain came when needed.
The stars kept understanding
And the moon never showed her dark side.
I was me.
Me without the crumbling pain in my soul
And my tears around the eyes.

It was a blank page
I’d fill with my knowledge on my left side brain.
Creativity and freedom.

My worries that turned to dust
As colors made the flowers and the sun rays.
As words expressed my unsaid thoughts buried down in my mind.
I was free, I found me.
A form of art-hideaway.
