Ingredients for Chicken Mandi
6 tikka piece chicken
1 small sliced onion
Butter
Oil
Saffron strands
Turmeric powder
Black cardamom
Green cardamom
Cloves
Black pepper
White cumin
Black cumin
Bay leaves
Star anise
Cinnamon stick
Nutmeg n mace powder a pinch
Dried lemon
Water as req

Chicken Mandi preparation method
In a pot add oil n butter n saute onions
Now add all the above-mentioned spices n saute for 2 mins
Now add chicken pieces n fry till it turns white
Now add water n make stock
Note: take out the chicken pieces after 15 to 20 mins
Now strain the stock n keep aside
Recipe for chicken:
Boiled chicken tikka pieces
Yogurt
Butter
Shan tikka masala
Shan tandoori masala
Salt
G.g paste
Method:
Marinate all the pieces with all the above-mentioned ing for about 6 hours.. now bake them or else grill them
Note: I bake them

Rice Recipe
The stock which we make along with spices n chicken
Rice
Salt to taste
Method:
Make the rice with this stock don't add water.. u only need this stock to make rice
Recipe for tomato chatni:
Tomatoes
Green Chili
Lemon juice
Salt
Method:
Blend all the ing well
Ratia:
Yoghurt
Black pepper
Salt
Green coriander
Fresh mint

Method for Rice
Blend all the ing well
Now serve this chicken mandi along with rice raita n tomato chatni
