Connect With Others

Whether its friend, family or even your pet, you should always spend time with other people. Isolation is never the answer. Make a family/friends game day, or a family/friends movie night. Both ideas are great, try them out.

Practice Active Optimism

Optimism is more than positive thinking. Its a way of interpreting everything that happens to you. Optimistic people always think on the bright side, always find the best solutions even in horrible situations, always smile and they do much, much more.

Smile More Often

This is very similar to the last one, but they are also very different. Try to smile when you first wake up. Smiling has also been known to boost your health. Smiling actually helps the human immune system function more effectively. All the more reason to smile! :)

Do What Makes you Happy

Do want makes you happy. Don't let anyone tell you what to do, or what you should be. Never give up until you're happy. You know what they say; >Whoever is trying to bring you down is already below you

Listen To Music

Music has the ability to lift your spirits out of the dumps. Sometimes listening to someone else's problems is exactly what you need to fix yours. All you need is a great playlist. Spotify or 8tracks are great places to look. On these platforms, you can create or listen to playlists. Try them out.

Work Out

Working out has been known to make people happier. It improves your mood and decreases depression, anxiety, and stress. Exercise helps you sleep better, makes your bones and muscles stronger, helps your brain health, and it helps in weight loss. So I suggest you write gym in your planner for tomorrow.
