Day 1

Breakfast

I got up 6.16 a.m I exercised and ate an egg, cheese, and some greens. Normal breakfast.

Lunch

I went to school and I feel kinda tired. I tell Myself 'need to coffee'

My friends ate junk-food around me but I didn't want to eat. This makes me feel strong and good. I was better until lunch

Dinner

I walked so much and sometimes I think 'ı'm gonna die!' I guess I won't eat bread and another carb until 30 days over. I'm Feeling healthy.

And I ate salad for dinner. I'm really hungry but want to lose weight and healthy life for me.
