I once read that when you feel something so deep you just have to let it be, allow yourself to feel it in order to understand it. We often feel sad and try to avoid it. Don't. You have to understand your feelings. Let them grow and free them, and you will feel liberated then.
Once you understand what's going on inside you, you are able to evolve and try to solve what you're worried about.

That way, you'll learn to know yourself, understand yourself, your feelings, your worries, your body signs.
