Hi my beauties :D I have something a little new for you to try out. I'm not sure if you're familiar with tabata or not. But I'll give a brief definition of what it is.. It's considered an ultra~high~intensity~interval~training or HIIT. It consists of 8 rounds with rests. It's a 20 seconds on (training) and 10 seconds off (rest). Pretty much just enough time to catch your breath before going at it again. So here it goes..

ROUND 1 :

  • Burpees
  • Rest
  • Mountain climbers
  • Rest

ROUND 2 :

  • Push ups
  • Rest
  • Bird dogs
  • Rest

ROUND 3 :

  • Reverse crunches
  • Rest
  • Russian twists
  • Rest

ROUND 4 :

  • Plank (your choice)
  • Rest
  • High knees
  • Rest

ROUND 5 :

  • Jump squats
  • Rest
  • High knees
  • Rest

ROUND 6 :

  • Russian twists
  • Rest
  • Leg lifts
  • Rest

ROUND 7 :

  • V ~ ups
  • Rest
  • Run or jump in place
  • Rest

ROUND 8 :

  • Toe touches
  • Rest
  • Jumping jacks
  • End of workout
