just because someone is skinny, it doesn't mean they are healthy and just because someone is "thicc", it doesn't mean they are unhealthy. and healthy means different for everyone. there is no bomb-secure way to do this or do that to your body "in a week" or so. some people need to take better care of certain things than others but not everything works for everyone. that's what being individual human-beings mean. so don't worry about how you look like, everyone has scars and some parts they want to hide. at the end of the day, what truly matters is if you take care of yourself both mentally and phisically. also eating more vegetables never hurt anyone.
