Welcome back lovely hearters.Today,i am back with a new article which is my summer night routine.This idea came to me,because recently i wrote an article about my summer morning routine.

My night usually starts at 5:00 pm when i finish my summer classes.When i get home i upload an article on Whi,because in case you didn't know i write a new article every Wednesday,Friday,Sunday for this month.

Moving on,i workout for approximately 45 minutes.When i exercise i feel so much better and additionally,it's such a stress relief.

Later,i watch either some Youtube videos or a movie.If i'm in the mood i will go outdoors in order to breath some fresh air and enjoy the good weather.

After that,i usually take a shower,because i find this way so relaxing and at the same improves self care and love.Lately,i have been really into taking care of myself.It's really important to make sure that you listen to your body and mind.

Eventually,after a long long day i go to bed.
