First thing you should do is to DO WORKOUTS !
Try to find some sports that you love and make you feel happy.

Second is to START WRITE A BLOG OR A JOURNAL !
I write a journal from my 10 or 12 years old and I love it. It makes me feel good and lighter, because sometimes it's the best way how to clean your mind.

Third thing is to FIND SOME NEW PLACES !
It's not necessary to be on the second hemisphere, it can be 30 min. from your home or in your country. Also you can meet new friends and get new experiences.

Certainly do whatever you want. You can just, read a book, make a good breakfast, go for a walk, be with your friends or family etc...
