- Wear ur favorite outfit, do makeup, make pretty selfies.
- Sleep
- Write a list with things u're grateful for.
- Being creative is to express yourself. u can draw, paint, make collages, write a short Story.
- Clean and decorate ur room
- Do something where u've a lot of fun with ( cook , sport ...)
- Watch series the whole day.
- Read motivating quotes.
