how i cope
First of all anxiety is very troubling. Sometimes it gets to the point where nothing is okay, where you feel sick or even numb. When I am having an anxiety attack what really helps is focusing on something else. Like watching a movie, reading a book, scrolling through posts or even calling a friend. I know for me when i have anxiety attacks or just anxiety i can't eat, concentrate or talk barely. Very many teens and adults struggle with anxiety and its a hard thing to take care of. Some people just need a little push and that may be with pills. Take anxiety medication is perfectly okay. It doesn't change who you are. If your anxiety does get worse then talk to a doctor or your legal guardian!

Good things to do when you are have anxiety
1. Make a warm cup of tea or coffee
2. Snuggle up to a parent or sibling and watch a movie
3. Put some head phones in and lay back
4. Read a book
Natural Ways to help anxiety
1. Breathe in the scent of lavender
2. Get outside in the sunshine for at least 15 minutes a day
3. Have 1-3 cups of chamomile tea each day
4. Take a hot bath with epsom salts
5. Do some stretching in the living room
