Hey Lovely one,
You know it and I know it. Stress is a complicated thing. You have so much to do, but at the same time you just want to turn around and run into your bed and never get out again. We both know that that sounds amazing but won’t solve your problem. I have a few tips for you how to make the stress more endurable.

NUMBER 1: ALWAYS KNOW YOUR LIMIT
As a student or as a worker we know that we want to get everything done as fast as possible and as much as possible, but make sure you don’t overwhelm yourself. Take breaks, stay hydrated and BREATH! You won’t help yourself if you can’t concentrate anymore because you don’t take breaks.

NUMBER 2: WORKOUT
If you know that you are constantly under Stress, go and workout. Walk or Workout at least 30 min a Day. I know, that everyone says that but that’s so important. I need to motivate myself as well all the time. Going to bed and sleep sound so much better than go and workout but it helps.

NUMBER 3: ‘’YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT’’
My dad always tells me that. Eat as much healthy as possible, but at the same time one piece of chocolate won’t kill you. Try to eat a lot of fruits and veggies. Never skip meals!! I know that skipping meals is so much easier than go and eat something but it’s unhealthy for you and won’t help you.

NUMBER 4: DISTRACTION
I mean what else is better than going out with friends and forget for a night that you have stuff to do? I’m not saying ignore the fact that you have a lot to do but forget it for a night! Go out, laugh and enjoy it.
