As you can see from the title, today i'm going to share with you some benefitial additions to your morning routine!
Let's start!

1. Drink one cup of warm water first thing in the morning

It is proven to help you lose weight!

Don't write it the night before. Write it in the morning, because you will have a fresh mind and you will not forget anything important!

3. Don't check your phone first thing in the morning

It is better to wait for 20' - 30' and then check it, because the radiation will harm your skin and your eyes. Overall, it is a harmful habit to have!

4. Exfoliate

It doesn't have to be anything special, just rub your face with a wet towel, in order to get rid of dead skin and help your makeup (if you wear any) look smoother. Don't forget to be gentle while rubbing, as to not harm your skin!

5. Moisturize

I started doing this a month ago and i have seen a great difference! You should try it, it will benefit your skin a lot!

It will stimulate you and give you the energy you need to kickstart your day!
