A hard rain’s A-gonna fall (Bob Dylan)

This song is one of my favorite because it reminds me of the way I felt when I was starting afresh two years ago. This song is inspired by an old English ballad: Lord Randal. And I like it so much not just because of the memories I have but also because you can feel, hear and touch what the “blue-eyed son” felt, heard and touched.

“Oh, who did you meet, my blue-eyed son?
Who did you meet, my darling young one?
I met a young child beside a dead pony
I met a white man who walked a black dog
I met a young woman whose body was burning”

All too well (Taylor Swift)

There’s not a proper reasoning why i like this song I just like it.

Castle on the hill (Ed Sheehan)

I love this song because i think that it is an youth’s hymn. It doesn’t matter if you come from a big city, from a small town if you’re shy or surrounded by a lot of people you feel the same way as Ed Sheeran does thinking about the people who raised him making him who he’s today.

La canzone di Marinella (Fabrizio de Andrè)

This is an Italian song which is inspired by a real story of a young prostitute found dead in a river. The singer who is, in my opinion, the greatest italian poet of the past century wrote a song about it and it is a masterpiece.

Let her go (Passenger)

When I listen to this song i think of a person that made me cry more than once, that made me feel worthless and I hope that someday he will realize what he let go but he will be late.

The chain (Fleetwood Mac)

This song makes me think that some relationships, some connections will last forever no matter what, for good or for bad.

I remember when I first heard the song I couldn’t stop crying because it was the most beautiful song I’ve ever heard. I love it so much because I still feel like “Ramona”

More than this/ Little things (One Direction)

One Direction were and will always be a part of my life and this two beautiful songs remind me of a fragile period of my life.

Smisurata preghiera (Fabrizio de Andrè)

This is an Italian song that is a diversity’s hymn, do I have to add more?

A mano a mano (Rino Gaetano)

This song is about starting afresh, making new choice that imply leaving negative people behind.
