The last few days I tried really hard to sleep at least 8 hours a night and I feel so much beter!

Drink more water

I am not even going to explain this one because I think you know why you should drink at least 2 liters of water a day.

Make your bed first thing in the morning

It makes your room seems so much tidier.

Make a to-do list

One of the first things I do is make a to-do list so I know what I have to do and it clears my head.

Read more

Every night before I go to sleep I read in my Bible for a while and a book I am reading at that moment. It makes me feel sleepy and reading is also good for you!

Keep on moving

I am not really into workouts or anything but I go around biking a lot and I make sure that I have done my 10.000 steps for that day. What I do enjoy is some yoga or stretching! But make sure you move at least 30 minutes a day!
