Today I´ve decided to do an article about how to live your life to the fullest and be happy.
Before I start I want to say that these points are my opinion, based on experiences I have had. You do not have to follow them but if you do I guarantee you that they will help you.

1- Wake up and Go to sleep EARLY

I know its hard to stop using your phone at night, but it has been proven that if you go to sleep and wake up early, you will be more productive and complete tasks!
Remember to sleep at least 7 hours so you can feel energized and not want to be in bed all day (even though it sounds like a good idea).

2- Eat healthy

Brownies, French Fries, Pizza...... delicious food you always want. Its a struggle I know, but eating healthy doesn´t mean eating bad!
Try to eat unprocessed food such as fruits, vegetables, cereals and more! . If you can not stop eating your favourite food, for example ice cream, try making a healthy version of it!

3-Drink Water

Water is a must because it cleanses your body. Drink at least 8 glasses a day.
If you do not like plain water, try to put lemon or lime on it. This has a great variety of benefits.

4- Move

You don´t necessarily need to go to the gym to be "fit". There are millions of ways to do exercise , some of them can be doing a sport you like, riding a bike, doing yoga, running and more.The point is to get your body moving, have strength and feel good!
Try doing exercise at least 3-4 times a week and you will see the results.

5- Organize yourself

Distributing your activities well, makes you realize how much time you have.
Don´t do things at last minute or procrastinate, it only gets you over stressed!
Work hard and you will be successful.

6- Get fresh air

Being outside, in the nature its magical. I know it sounds cheesy ,but why be all day in our room when you got a whole world to explore? Go to places you have never been, with your family or friends. Go for a coffee, to the beach....

7- Stop using your phone/ social media so much

If you want, follow people you can learn from or who inspires you, but not people whose content is a waste of time. What I am trying to say is that you live your life doing what you like and not looking at others.

8-Be positive

Even though things sometimes won´t be the way you wanted to, think that everything happens for a reason. See every little positive thing and it will change you life dramatically. Be yourself, smile and do your best, work hard.
