Hello dear Hearters!! In the past few days I established a morning routine which is unfortunately, available only during the vacation or weekends for me. When I have to go to school ,I usually don't really have too much time in the morning, I just prepare myself and then go:))
I thought that maybe some of you are interested in this kind of article or you're just looking for some ideas of healthy habits in the morning , so here I am sharing my summer morning routine with you:

1. Wake up early

I usually get up between 7:00 and 9:00 a.m. ,because I don't like to sleep too much ; I mean if I wake up when it's almost lunch, I feel like half of the day it's gone and I'm kinda unproductive. I just say 'I don't have enough time to do what I planned , so I'll spend my day watching TV' :))

2. Open the window

Just a sec after I get up I feel an urge to open the window because I simply love the fresh air in the morning (and anytime actually).

3. Cleaning

I do a bit of cleaning in the morning because I'm messy and I just leave a thing here, a book there , a bunch of different objects everywhere ,so I have to get rid of the chaos :)) Even if it's a kind of an 'organised mess' cause I know where every little thing is , I feel better when it's all clean around my room.

4. Drink a coffee

I'm a coffee lover and I like to drink it while listening to a morning Podcast on Spotify( the Podcast: 'Daily Boost' -it's a motivational one).

5. Workout

Every morning I do a full body workout of 15 minutes , inspired by Joanna Soh. I'm subscribed to her YouTube channel, and you can do it too if you want to learn how to have a healthy lifestyle and/or lose some weight.

6. Self care routine

I take a quick shower to get rid of the sweat all over my skin ,and then I just do my self care routine.

7. Eat a healthy breakfast

I try to eat as healthy as possible

8. Hydrate

Hydration is very important to me, and I drink more than 2L of water daily. I actually like to mix it with different fruits and to play with flavours.

9. Planning

I sit at my desk for 15 minutes and plan the activities for that day , because I like to be organised and it helps me to stay focused on my tasks.
