Hello beautiful people!

Today's article is going to be about how I stay fit and healthy. The first half of this article will be about my physical health and fitness routine. The second half will be about my mental health and what I do to stay happy and motivated.

Physical Health.

Food:

I eat mainly healthy. I drink SO much water it's unbelievable. Lots of protein and vegetables but I don't restrict myself. If I want chocolate I'll eat chocolate. If I want pasta I'll eat pasta. I just keep a loose track of my calories to make sure I'm not over eating.

Exercise:

For exercise I usually run. If I am not running I will do some workouts off of youtube or my own (listed below). I will do Alexis Ren's 10 minute ab workout and one of Pamela Rf's 10 minute workouts.

My 15min Workout routine

  • 50 star jumps
  • 30 sumo squats
  • 30 squats
  • 20 squats with 4kg weight
  • 30 donkey kicks (per leg)
  • 15 back kicks (per leg)
  • 50 glute bridges
  • 10 - 20 push-ups
  • 5 20sec planks (10 second break between sets)
  • 30 crunches
  • 20 leg lifts
  • 3 20sec wall sits (10 second break between sets)

Mental Health.

Yoga and Meditation:
I will do yoga in the mornings or at night and I will usually follow videos. If I'm not following a video I will do a simple flow and then be done. I also do about 10mins meditation to destress before bed.

Sundays:
Sundays are my GYST days (Get Your Shit Together). Once a week I will reorganize my room, change my sheets, get ready for the next week of school, ect. Sundays are also the day that I do face masks and take long hot showers.
