Hey guys,

I know a lot of teenagers or kids are having issues with Anxiety and Panic attacks, bullying and more. in fact, I have myself. And I want to make a blog to help you calm down from all the anxiety you are feeling. And tips I found very helpful when I went through this myself. Now remember, this is nothing negative, I will make this a positive blog. Please no hate if you think this is "lame" or "useless" because some people may find this useful. Lets go.

First of all, the most important thing is to tell someone that you can trust. This could be a parent, a friend, a teacher, or a therapist. Anyone. As long as you trust them. This blog will include tips in how to react, what you can do about it, how to distracts yourself, and to feel happy.

How to react. If you are having a panic or anxiety attack, you may find it hard to breathe, or you may start crying, or something. This could be caused by stress, if you are in a loud stress, or sadness. If you are in a room with many people, get out of the room and calm yourself down. Close yours eyes and breathe in and out, and keep telling yourself you are okay. Because you will be. Trust me.

What you can do about it. Go near someone that makes you happy, or is there for you. Talk to them about it. You can the do something that makes you laugh. Maybe watch a funny video, like vines or try not to laugh challenges, play with a sibling, or invite over a friend. Anything to make you happy. Now if this occurs to you often, what helped me is getting a therapist. Talk to your parents about this, because it will help. You will be fine.

This is a common issue. Now the most important thing I can tell you about, is do not give the bully what they want. They want you to be sad, mad or they want you to react infant of them so they can make fun of you more. Just walk away. And by this I don't mean it is not okay to be sad or mad. You have very right to be. Just do not let them see that. Show them you do not care. Also, you should comfort yourself. Talk to someone, once again. Maybe you mum, your dad, a sibling, a friend a teacher... They can help you find yourself again. They will make you feel worth it. And if you do not know who to talk to. I am here too. And I am telling you, you are worth the world. Which is why you got it.

Just when you are sad.
Everyone is sad at times. We have to be, we are human. It always helps to distract yourself. Or the opposite. Let it out, and you will feel better.
