Steps

Step 1

To make this delicious brownie recipe, take a large glass bowl and add sugar in it. Then add vegetable oil and whisk it properly. Then, sieve maida and all the other dry ingredients like coca powder, baking soda, baking powder together.

Once done, mix the dry and wet ingredients together in bowl. Give it a nice stir. Then add vanilla essence and melted chocolate or chocolate chips. Meanwhile, preheat the oven at 180 degree Celsius for around 7-8 minutes. Grease a baking pan and pour the mixture into it. Then garnish it with walnuts.

Step 3

Place the baking pan inside the oven and bake it for at least 30 to 35 minutes at 180 degree Celsius. After 30 minutes, insert a toothpick inside the batter. If the toothpick comes out clean, your soft, gooey brownie is ready to be served. Serve hot with chocolate sauce or vanilla ice cream.
